We maintain a diverse range of colours in stock and can customise colours to suit your needs. Our oven dimensions are 850mm wide x 1400mm high, with a maximum length of 4000mm.

Is powder coating superior to paint coating?

Powder coating is a better option for your fabrication projects than paint. Powder coating often lasts longer than paint coats and is generally more cost-efficient. Giving your metal product the perfect finish is possible with the right powder coating techniques.

How long does powder coating last?

Powder coating is a very durable option for your project. With the different available powder mixtures, it is harder for scratches to mark the surface. The powders adhere to the metal with an electrostatic charge and then are cured in place. This allows for thicker coats than painting.

What should be done if powder coating gets damaged?

After enough wear and tear powder coating can begin to chip. You can touch up scratched powder coats with paint if necessary, but it is less reliable than powder coating. If your powder-coated product has begun to chip or rust, it is best to get a new powdered coat professionally done.
