MTI operates a fully conveyorized “in-house” powder coating line which dramatically reduces lead times as opposed to outsourcing. We hold a diverse range of colours in stock and can arrange custom colours to suit your requirements. Our oven dimensions are 850mm wide x 1400mm high and the maximum length is 4000mm.

Surface Priming

We then prime the surface of your product. Priming helps to create a smooth surface, facilitating an even powder application.

Powder Coat Application

At this stage, we apply the powder coat to your product’s surface. The entire surface is coated electrostatically using spray guns.

Powder Curing

Once the powder coat is applied, the product is moved by the conveyor to the curing oven. This critical part of the process bonds the powder coat firmly in place.
