MTI operates a fully conveyorized “in-house” powder coating line which dramatically reduces lead times as opposed to outsourcing. We hold a diverse range of colours in stock and can arrange custom colours to suit your requirements. Our oven dimensions are 850mm wide x 1400mm high and the maximum length is 4000mm.

How It Works

Priming
Our next step is to prime the surface of your product. This helps to smooth the surface to allow for an even application of the powder.
Powder Coating
Here we apply the powder coat across your product’s surface. This is applied across the entire surface electrostatically with spray guns.
Curing
Once the powder coat has been applied the conveyor carries the product through to the curing oven. This is a crucial part of the bonding process that secures the powder coat in place.
